What is PayPal?
PAYPAL is one of the fastest & safer, ways to make purchases over the internet. The following info is from Paypal's site: 'Pay without exposing credit card information to the merchant. 100% protection against unauthorized payments. 24/7 monitoring to help prevent fraud.' Keep in mind that I do accept money orders, if you prefer to go that route. However your item/s will not be sent out, until the payment is received.
How do I care for copper jewelry?
Some people like oxidized copper,or the darkening affect that copper attains over time. However, if you like to keep the shine here are a few tips:-
1- Keep the item/s in the ziplock bags provided to help minimize the darkening effect.
2- Should your pieces become tarnished,any polishing cloth used for jewelry will work fine.
3- Rub some toothpaste on the item (avoid wooden or clay beads), let it stand for a couple of minutes & clean with a soft toothbrush. Rinse under warm water, & dry with a soft cloth.
When are payments due?
Payments are due at the time of purchase. I accept Paypal & money orders. Just follow the 'checkout' process & choose which option you prefer. Please ensure that the payment process is complete, in order to avoid any delays. When paying by money order, please keep in mind that it will take longer, for your order to be processed.

Can I get a refund?
I take much care in producing high quality items, and I am confident that you will be happy with your purchase/s. However if you receive the item/s damaged, please keep all contents & packaging. Contact me within 24 hours of receipt via email, to arrange the return of the item & refund.
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS.
In order to keep the shipping rates low, it means that items will take longer to reach you. I feel it's only fair to forewarn you. PLEASE...take this into consideration, if you need a certain item by a specified date. Order at least 2 WEEKS in advance, (more if you are paying by money order). I know, it's a long time, sorry. Blame Canada Post. If you would like to upgrade to faster shipping, please let me know, although additional fees will apply. ***Items are shipped from Ontario, Canada.***
Shipping as a gift.
I would be happy to ship an item for you, to ANY address in the United States or Canada. It will be sent with a 'To' & 'From' card, so I can add a little note from you. Just put the full name of the person, complete address, & what you'd like to say in the 'notes' box for the seller.
